Shifts for this role will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm. You may also be required to work on Public Holidays. Please only apply if these hours suit your own work life balance.

Technically you will ideally know/have:
The following technologies would be preferred - Messaging, Citrix, Cloud, and Office365.
2+ years' experience in a customer service environment such as experience in a contact centre / IT service desk
Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
Relevant IT industry certification(s) would be advantageous
