In office technical support Lead and perform installation maintenance and repair activities for power transformers Troubleshooting and diagnostics Use advanced testing equipment to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions for transformer problems Installation and commissioning Oversee the successful erection commissioning and testing of transformers including activities like oil filling and vacuum processes Customer interaction Handle customer complaints provide technical support and communicate with clients to meet their requirements Documentation and reporting Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities and prepare reports for quality assurance and compliance purposes Safety and compliance Ensure all site work adheres to industry standards safety protocols and company EHS guidelines Team and manpower management Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of technicians and manage on-site manpower and contractors Collaboration Coordinate with factory departments suppliers and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project completion
