We are recruiting for two ( key positions in our Service Experience team which forms part of our Election Participation Business Unit:
Service Experience Officer – fulltime Ongoing role
Project Support Officer, Service Experience – full time Temporary role (until 30 June 202
The Election Participation Business Unit focusses on customer-engagement functions such as client liaison, elector enquiries and non-voter processing.
About the Roles
Service Experience Officer
The Service Experience Officer provides a broad range of customer service and administrative services. The role leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit's program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.
This role requires previous experience in customer-engagement and high level of administrative support.

Project Support Officer, Service Experience
The Project Support Officer assists project teams within the Service Experience business unit to plan, implement and co-ordinate a number of projects relevant to election events.
This role requires previous experience working in project or event-based organisation and in writing documents such as policies, processes and procedures impacting the operations of the function/business unit.

Across both roles we are looking for:
Previous experience working in project or event-based organisation.
Ability to providing a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of a team/unit.
Effective computer skills and experience in using different business systems i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Content Manager (records management), other corporate systems and database applications.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Sound organisation and time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
