We're on the lookout for a driven Service Manager to join our close-knit Palmerston North team. In this key role, you'll help keep our customers' Materials Handling and Construction Equipment running smoothly by leading the charge on repairs and maintenance. It's all about making sure they get top-notch service – every time.

Natural leader with experience managing personnel & efficient workflows
Mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail

You will be responsible for:
Looking after customer service and administration
Managing staff and improving team efficiency
Monitoring quality of work and safety standards
Development and training of service personnel
Market development
Managing budgets and hitting performance targets
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety polices and all legal requirements are being maintained
