What’s the role?
As Service Owner, Product Innovation, you’ll be accountable for delivering innovative, customer-led service experiences across new-to-market products within Business Transaction Banking. This role sits at the heart of how we identify, prioritise and deliver innovation that genuinely improves customer outcomes while remaining commercially sound and operationally viable.
You’ll act as the custodian of value, owning problem definition, prioritisation and roadmap outcomes. Working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance, you’ll ensure innovation initiatives move seamlessly from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Leading a cross-functional squad, you’ll shape the service vision and roadmap, make informed trade-off decisions, and oversee end-to-end delivery across design, build, test and release. You’ll champion customer insights, embed strong governance, and ensure innovation delivers measurable impact across experience, efficiency and growth.
This is a senior role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads through influence, and is passionate about turning bold ideas into scalable, real-world outcomes.
What do I need?
Proven experience in service ownership, product innovation or digital delivery
Strong customer-centric and service design capability (lean / agile)
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
Commercial acumen with a focus on value and outcomes
Experience leading cross-functional squads and complex delivery
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Exposure to regulated financial services environments (preferred)
