This position reports to
Service Manager - Traction
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
The work model for the role is: - Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Traction Division in Nelamangala, Bangalore
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Generation of Service business of Rolling stock product (AMC, Spare sales, retro fitment) from Indian Railway as well as OEM’s.
• Maintaining opportunity on salesforce (SFDC) and follow up with respective customer on daily basis.
• Timely sending offer to customer depend on requirements.
• Timely booking order and support for execution of service order.
• Ensure to generation of Timely invoices and collection of service payment.
Qualifications for the role
• Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering) with 5-8 years of experience in Sales & marketing of rolling stock product and EV product.
• Good knowledge about Indian Railway
• Good Customer interaction & Negotiation skill
• Good knowledge of Excel and word.
• Ability to work effectively in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the globe
• Readiness to travel for customer meetings (approx. 40-50% of working hours)
• Good communication skills.
