The Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Innovation Manager – Digital, this position will support nationally all Komatsu Branch’s by building and enhancing reports related to the Service centres.
The reports focus on key area’s such as productivity, safety and financials.
The successful applicant will need to carry out data modelling and have the ability to build reports from scratch whilst ensuring data validation and accuracy.
This position could work out of our NSW (Fairfield) or Queensland (Wacol) head offices and would have flexible work arrangements to work-from home a couple of days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Complete data modelling, data input & data validation in Power BI
Ensure reports are developed and maintained in line with business policies and procedures
Ensure data and reporting comply with security standards
Maintain best practise for load & reporting efficiency
Location: Fairfield (NSW) or Wacol (QLD)

Your Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Previous experience working as a Service Administrator, Advisor, Manager or within a Service-related positions is highly regarded
Strong understanding of general service requirements and principles
Demonstrated experience with Power BI
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and SSRS
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel
Ability to work unsupervised.
Advantageous to have knowledge of ITIL processes
