• Install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow
• Experience with large-scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Case Management and Performance Analytics
• Certification in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM module.
