In our Cloud Operations team, you will manage and optimize cloud services, ensuring high availability and operational excellence. Your role will involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices for cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Analyze system requirements and craft strategic implementation plans.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to consistently meet client expectations.
• Identify and address potential risks related to deployments.
• Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in cloud operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance across all deliverables.
What You Must Have:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
What Sets You Apart:
• Certifications from recognized cloud or service management providers are preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with IT Service Management and its implementation across diverse operating models.
• A track record of delivering solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Skillful in managing complex projects and integrating client feedback.
• A passion for mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong communication skills, especially at the executive level.
• Commitment to building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Advocacy for diverse teams and their importance.
• Experience in creating thought leadership and sales materials to contribute to the PwC community.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and more.
