Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Configure and customize Virtual Agent to create intelligent and conversational chatbots that provide exceptional customer support.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, including business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and Virtual Agent.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of Virtual Agent.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Certification in ServiceNow development
