The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, DevSecOps practices, with a particular focus on Service Catalogs, Integrations, and Virtual Agent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions to support our ITSM goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of solutions focused on Service Catalog, Integrations, and Virtual Agent modules.
• Design and implement scalable service catalogs and automate workflows for new offerings.
• Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
• Design and configure Virtual Agent solutions to enhance self-service capabilities.
• Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure platform scalability and performance.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and maintain documentation for all development work.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Provide Hyper Care and support for a period of 3 months post-implementation to ensure stability and address any issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best Practices.
• Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Certification in ServiceNow or related technologies.
