ServiceNow/ITOM Architect- Remote
Position Overview:
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ITOM Architect to join our consultancy client on a contracting basis. We are looking for a seasoned professional with proven track record of architecting solutions to optimize IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions for our clients, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop implementation plans.
• Design and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Architect, with expertise in designing and implementing IT Operations Management solutions.
• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting, and integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
• ServiceNow certification(s) in ITOM or related modules is highly desirable.
