Technical Consultant - Self-Service Portal Development
We are expanding our ServiceNow delivery team and seeking a skilled professional to join us in enhancing digital access to HR and workplace services.
This role involves leveraging intuitive interfaces and smart workflows to improve the user experience of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop self-service capabilities using ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Design and build forms, scripts, and automated workflows that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement their needs, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Maintain a consistent and user-friendly portal experience across all interactions.
Your Qualifications:
• Experience in ServiceNow development, preferably with HRSD or Workplace modules, showcasing your expertise and skills.
• Strong scripting and platform configuration abilities, allowing you to adapt to changing needs.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is highly valued, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to effectively collaborate and deliver results.
