Required :
Experience : Min 2+year in sales of Home loan,LAP ,Mortgage Loan
1+Year experience in team Handling
CTC :Upto 6LPA
Job Responsibility:
Responsible to build new relationship with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans
Responsible to build relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance as well as researching and
recommending new opportunities
Accountable for recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Responsible for maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth
Accountable for creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development
Accountable for handling DSA channel
