Job Description:
o Works with Global Security Team handling tool implementation tasks
o Works with the Infrastructure team to integrate security tools into the existing environment
o Works with 3rd parties in an independent fashion to drive implementation projects to completion
o Assist in reviewing firewall change requests and other infrastructure level changes
o Manage the ResMed SIEM tool
§ Identify & integrate new log sources
§ Collaborate with Security team on identifying new SIEM use cases
§ Create Dashboards in the SIEM tool to provide insight in to historical trends for incidents
§ Create Custom Dashboards in the SIEM for interested parties as required
o Assist with ticket escalations from Security Analysts / Tier 1 SOC to drive tickets to completion
o Review ResMed's security posture & make recommendations for improvement
o Review Security Configuration in AWS & assist teams with making security based remediations & changes
o Software / Firmware Upgrades on appliances, applications, and software as required
