We are seeking a highly motivated SIM Activation Flow and Management Specialist with 5+ years of experience to oversee the end-to-end activation process and the management of SIM lifecycle. This role will involve ensuring the seamless activation of SIM cards, streamlining operational workflows, and optimizing the overall SIM activation flow to improve efficiency, reduce activation time, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• SIM Activation Management:
• Oversee the entire SIM activation flow, ensuring smooth and timely activation of new SIM cards for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SIM activation, including delays, system errors, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability of stock, the proper configuration of SIM cards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Flow Optimization:
• Continuously review and optimize the SIM activation processes and workflows to ensure faster, more efficient, and error-free activation.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all activated SIM cards, including activation timestamps, customer details, and associated service plans.
• Generate regular reports on SIM activation metrics, trends, and issues for senior management.
• Customer Support & Escalation:
• Act as the point of contact for any escalated issues related to SIM activations and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer concerns and provide training on SIM activation processes when necessary.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with IT, operations, and customer service teams to ensure the effective management of the SIM activation lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and key milestones.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all SIM activation processes are compliant with industry standards, local regulations, and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in SIM card activation, telecom services, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SIM activation workflows, SIM card lifecycle management, and telecom industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot activation issues.
• Experience with database management and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization.
• Familiarity with telecom systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
