WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Are you ready for a new challenge and to make an impact on our team? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Controller to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and power strategic decisions that shape our success. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Lead all financial and management accounting processes, ensuring full compliance with BASF standards and external audit requirements.
Manage site P&L budgeting, capacity planning, costing data and CAPEX/OPEX analysis to support business performance.
Prepare and present financial reports and management accounts, providing actionable insights on manufacturing and products costs.
Collaborate with site leadership and global stakeholders to influence strategic and operational outcomes.
Contribute to the Site Leadership Team by promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU OFFER
Education: You have a degree in Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
Experience: You have proven experience in financial or business management accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: You are proficienct in MS Office, PowerBI, PowerQuery; strong project management and digital fluency.
Soft Skills: You have strong communication skills, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Language: You are fluent in English.
