Job Title: Site Supervisor – Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Projects
Location: Delhi NCR
Company: Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and related infrastructure projects in Delhi NCR. The role involves supervising site incharges, coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing workforce deployment, and ensuring smooth and timely project delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects on site.
• Oversee daily worker deployment, attendance, and productivity.
• Liaise with subcontractors, labor vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain daily site logs, work progress photos, and execution reports.
• Assist the billing team with measurement sheets and documentation for progress claims.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and statutory compliance.
• Resolve site-level issues and escalate to the Project/Operations Manager as needed.
Qualifications
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering (preferred).
• 2–4 years of site execution experience in WTP or similar utility/infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise site teams and manage multi-skilled workforce.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in Hindi (mandatory; knowledge of local NCR languages a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project documentation.
