Cleaning Supervisor – Builders Cleaning (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About the Role:
We are a growing builders cleaning business delivering high-quality cleaning services on construction sites across the Gold Coast. We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead teams, maintain quality standards, and oversee multiple sites.
Role Overview
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will supervise cleaning crews across multiple construction sites. The role involves regular travel between sites, managing daily operations, and ensuring teams are fully equipped to perform their work safely and efficiently. A company van will be provided for work-related travel.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead cleaning crews across multiple construction sites
Travel between sites using a company-provided van
Provide and distribute cleaning equipment and materials to workers on site
Ensure cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition
Ensure all work meets required quality standards
Carry out site inspections and quality checks
Train, guide, and support team members
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and PPE
Communicate professionally with site managers and clients
Assist with rostering, scheduling, and daily work planning
Requirements
Previous experience supervising cleaning teams (builders cleaning experience preferred)
Ability to travel between construction sites daily
Experience managing cleaning equipment and supplies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
High attention to detail and quality standards
Safety-focused mindset
Valid Australian driver’s licence (required)
