Schedule and publish organic social media content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snap, ensuring timely and consistent posting
Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the Creative and Social Media teams to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice
Assist in curating content ideas and helping to execute social campaigns, giveaways, and interactive community events
Track and report on organic social media performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement based on engagement metrics and follower growth
Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to contribute to innovative and engaging content
Foster relationships with fans, influencers, and brand advocates to cultivate a loyal and active online community
Support in building and maintaining content calendars for all social platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and assets are ready for posting
