We seek a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Qualistery. As the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in promoting our virtual events, such as webinars, to pharmaceutical professionals. Your primary focus will be leveraging social media platforms, email marketing, and mobile campaigns to drive engagement and attendance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to promote our virtual events, specifically focusing on webinars for pharmaceutical professionals.
• Create engaging and compelling content tailored for social media platforms, email campaigns, and mobile marketing initiatives, utilizing tools like Canva to produce visually appealing graphics.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with the target audience.
• Utilize email marketing tools to design and execute targeted email campaigns to drive webinar registrations and attendance.
• Collaborate with the content team to gather relevant webinar content and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Implement mobile marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing techniques to implement innovative strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies for specific marketing initiatives, if required.
• Support event sponsors and partners to make their experience with Qualistery impeccable.
• Utilize WordPress or similar platforms to manage website content related to virtual events.
Qualifications
• Proven work experience in social media and digital marketing, with demonstrated success in creating engaging and relevant content
• A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field is desirable
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, mobile marketing techniques, and overall digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in the pharma industry or related field is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success in crafting compelling copy
• Experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Experience in promoting virtual events or webinars is highly desirable.
• Experience with creating and tracking social media and digital marketing campaigns and reporting analytics for continuous growth and improvement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and/or photography is a plus
