Responsibilities:
Contribute creative ideas for social content (reels, stories, polls, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
Assist with weekly/monthly content calendar planning and execution
Engage with our community: respond to comments, messages, and DMs
Track engagement metrics and help with performance reporting
Research trends and monitor competitor activity
Review our digital strategy and suggest improvements
Develop campaigns and define measurable KPIs
Monitor SEO and traffic across social platforms
Provide customer support via social channels
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
Analyze campaign data and optimize for performance
