We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Creation Director (Podcast + Influencer Branding Focus)
Are you a social media wizard with a passion for storytelling, a knack for editing, and a proven track record of building influential brands?
We’re on the lookout for a creative powerhouse to lead our social media presence, elevate our podcast, and drive consistent growth across platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
A strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager/Director
Proven experience growing audiences and increasing engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Strong background in podcast production — directing, editing, and publishing
Skilled in content creation and editing (video, audio, graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Deep understanding of influencer marketing and personal brand development
Exceptional storytelling, creative direction, and attention to visual detail
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy
Plan, record, direct, and edit engaging podcast episodes
Create short-form video content, reels, and promos to amplify visibility
Grow and manage a loyal community of followers and fans
Stay on top of trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement
Bonus if you have:
Experience managing brand partnerships or influencer collaborations
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid social media ads
Commitment: Full-time
