The Role
We’re looking for someone to spearhead social media and content for our developer platform - DronaHQ is a low code app development platform helping engineering teams build web and mobile apps at speed. It is loved by developers and IT teams and trusted by enterprises, thus democraticising the way internal applications and tools are built.
From high growth startups to large enterprises across the global, DronaHQ is serving businesses smooth business operations, speed up innovation and relieve the engineering talents.
With a decade + experience in enterprise platform solutions and accolades from industry. It’s a fast paced low code player in the market today.You’re someone who spends an inordinate amount of time on Twitter, Github, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord. You wake up and check your social feeds for the latest news.You’re a great writer and you’re creative. People have told you that your destiny lies in copywriting. You love technology and writing about it.You’re creative and knowledgeable enough about the Frontend or development ecosystem. You know how to appeal to developers, their goals, and want to make their lives easier.
Mandatory requirements:
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Passion for frontend development and the mission and vision of DronaHQ
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a SaaS/B2B company
• 3+ years of experience in leading/supporting social media campaigns for a SaaS/B2B company
• Communications, Engineering, or developer-related education
• experience in the API / Developer Tool company is an added advantageWe’re looking for someone who:
• Is a self-starter
• Can creatively and effectively promote app development, frontend tech, low code
• Is obsessed with social media and loves finding new tactics and ways to engage their audience
• Likes talking, learning and working with others to tell their stories and learn from them.
• Has a sense of humor!
• Has an eye for design and creative ideas for sharing code samples
• Can create videos that are engaging and instructive
• Has a solid understanding of grammar (no need to be a prescriptivist, but you should know the rules)
• Is interested in javascript, UX, UIResponsibilities:
Assist in the content marketing program and leads generated from the progra
• Support development of developer tools social media strategy across social channels.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, animators, and other content creators to create & repurpose content for social media.
• Generate, publish and share engaging content produced for and at DronaHQ developer tools hosted and sponsored events.
