The ideal candidate should be hands-on, trend-aware, and capable of owning content from ideation to execution across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the entire social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)Plan, create, and execute content calendars aligned with brand objectivesDevelop engaging content formats – reels, posts, carousels, captions, stories, blogs, and creativesCoordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams for content executionMonitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies accordinglyManage community engagement – comments, DMs, and audience interactionsStay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and content formatsExecute campaign-based content for launches, promotions, and brand initiativesEnsure brand voice, tone, and consistency across all platformsRequired Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of proven experience in social media management & content strategyStrong content writing and storytelling skillsHands-on experience with Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies
