Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies that align with our brand voice, objectives, and target audience.
• Grow Instagram and LinkedIn accounts through organic and paid strategies, leveraging creative ideas and engaging content.
• Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, with a focus on driving engagement and building brand awareness.
• Write compelling copy for social media captions, ads, blog posts, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Manage content calendars scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent posting frequency across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and incorporate relevant insights into content strategy.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
• Expertise in growing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, with a demonstrated track record of increasing followers, engagement, and reach.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for various platforms and formats.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) to track performance and measure results.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing innovative and impactful social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of phone photography will be a big plus
