Key Requirements
Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Ability to plan monthly content calendars, content ideas, campaign strategies, and engagement plans
Good understanding of digital trends, platform algorithms, growth strategies, and audience insights
Experience coordinating with designers, video editors, and content teams
Ability to analyze performance data, track KPIs, and prepare reports
Knowledge of paid promotions, including Meta Ads and LinkedIn Premium
Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage multiple brand social media accounts and maintain a consistent online presence
Strategize and plan content themes, trending topics, and campaign ideas
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality content output
Monitor performance, track engagement, and optimize content for better results
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
