We’re We Have A Meeting — a fast-growing podcast and consultancy at the intersection of sales, psychology, and storytelling. We talk to some of the world’s sharpest minds and turn those conversations into content that actually cuts through the noise. Now, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Executive to help us bring that content to life across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role isn’t about reinventing the wheel — it’s about making that wheel go viral.
Repurposing existing podcast footage into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Creating graphics from podcast stills, audio clips, and quotes that stop the scroll
Owning our social channels — scheduling, posting, and optimising across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and more
Using AI tools like ChatGPT to write hooks, captions, and snappy copy from raw video or transcripts
Designing carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn with a clean, modern aesthetic
Handling outreach to podcast guests via email
Uploading and scheduling full podcast episodes across all platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube etc.)
Editing short-form video content with clear captions, engaging cuts, and smart pacing
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience editing video for social media (show us your stuff!)
Solid understanding of what works on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro
A good eye for design and layout — especially with carousels and thumbnails
Strong English writing skills (you'll be shaping copy with AI, not just posting it)
Organised, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative or pitch creative ideas
Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines without hand-holding
Bonus Points
Experience working with podcasts or in the B2B space
An interest in psychology, business, or storytelling
Knowledge of tools like Descript, Notion, Metricool, Buffer, or Later
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
