We are looking for a Social Media Executive to work for a fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers.
• *This role is 5 days in the office, no flexibility**

They need someone who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and wants to be a part of a vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content.

You'll be the mastermind behind their social media game plan, turbocharging their online presence and boosting their marketing and sales vibes. You'll dive into editing, posting content, sparking conversations with their community, and tracking the magic of their campaigns to keep everything aligned with the business goals.

Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Location: NW7 1RP

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation Wizardry: Design eye-catching graphics, write witty captions, and produce scroll-stopping videos that leave their followers wanting more.
• Edit and Sound Guru: Utilise your video editing skills to cut, splice, and enhance footage, ensuring every frame is picture-perfect. Master the art of sound design, adding the right tunes and effects to elevate our content to the next level.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
• Engagement Extraordinaire: Build and nurture their online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Audience Interaction: Actively engage with their followers, initiating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
• Trend Spotting Guru: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms. Predict the next big thing before it happens!
• Analytics Ace: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure their content is always hitting the mark. Make data-driven decisions to optimise their strategy.
• Collaborate: Work closely with their creative team to ensure their social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals.

Essential role requirements:
• Social Media Savvy: Extensive experience with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn) and a knack for using each one to its full potential.
• Creative Flair: A portfolio of past work showcasing your ability to create engaging and innovative content.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci, or similar tools. Experience with sound design is a big plus!
• Exceptional Communicator: Master the art of concise and impactful communication, both written and verbal, to captivate and engage their audience effectively.
• Engagement Enthusiast: Proven experience in actively engaging with social media audiences, fostering community, and driving user interaction.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
