Growth Trajectory
0–3 Months: Build expertise in agency processes, deliver content consistently and on time as per briefs, and demonstrate reliability in content execution, reporting, and community management.
3–6 Months: Take ownership of platforms/brands, coordinate directly with clients on routine updates or clarifications (with manager guidance), and implement client feedback quickly and accurately.
6–12 Months: Achieve proficiency in agency tools, processes, and key brand accounts; ensure reliable, on-time content publishing and effective community management.
12–18 Months: Spearhead innovative campaign ideas, mentor peers, and prepare for promotion to Social Media Manager by demonstrating strategic planning, leadership, and high-impact client servicing.
