Social Media Executive
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Media Executive to join our awesome new Start-up! As Media executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing Social media, daily orders on company’s website and other online marketplaces and Customer queries.
Candidate Profile: Female
Location: Rajkot (Candidate from local only)
Experience: 1 year preferable in E-commerce, Social media
Salary: No bar to the right candidate
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer queries and feedback for all relevant platforms
Maintain and ensure all content on website/marketplaces is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices are correct and in-line with marketing activities.
Engage in Brand collaboration and Influencer marketing activities such as find and communicate with suitable influencer for advertisement of brand and product, suggest our requirements for content, posting and related activities, payment activities, maintaining data sheet of each and every profile
Co-ordinate internally regarding social media activities
Posting and managing activities on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Quora etc.
Monitor and manage customer queries and feedback for all relevant platforms
Responsible for Sales planning, promotions, marketing, Inventory management, Order confirmation, Order packaging and dispatching, cataloguing, pricing etc. for Online Brand Store and Marketplaces
Maintain and ensure all content on website/marketplaces is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices are correct and in-line with marketing activities.
Fulfilment of daily online orders
Handling calls and mails relating to promotion, marketing, association etc.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in handling online marketplaces like amazon, flipkart, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Good Analytical Skills
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
