Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and updating multiple social media channels namely Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Suggest engaging and relevant content (text, images, and videos) ideas tailored to each platform's audience.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and contests.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and lead generation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach to tasks.
