Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative *Social Media and Lead Generation Intern* to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, and community engagement. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, generating leads, and maintaining our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

> Lead Generation:

- Identify and engage with potential leads on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).

- Develop strategies with founders to generate and qualify leads through social media outreach.

- Maintain and update lead databases.

> Social Media Management

- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram and Facebook.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.

- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement.

> Content Creation:

- Assist in creating visually appealing and engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) aligned with our brand.

- Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and campaigns.

> Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report on social media metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Provide insights and suggestions for improving social media performance.

> Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must (Avl 10 am - 6 pm)

- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and community building.

- Proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, and social media management tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic understanding of lead generation strategies is a plus.

- Few Hand On Experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
