The Role - Social Media Manager
The main purpose of the role is to work alongside the Marketing Manager (lovely guy) and help assist managing the publication of social media channels, and the management of digital content & customer mailing lists
• Running Social Media Platforms - (Instagram - MUST HAVE), Pinterest, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn etc
• Proven track record of increasing relevant follower audiences, especially on Instagram & understading ROI + data analysis
• Email Marketing - sending communications to relevant audiences
• Reaching out and identifying influencers for commercial gain
• Building relationships and liaising with customers to capture content and engage with end user
• Posting and generating content across all platforms
• Reaching out and working with the American market to increase existing traction
• Researching market trends, competitor activities and relevant information that helps enrich this superb brand
• Monitoring and taking responsibility of the social media inbox. Replying to questions and championing the brand
• Provide fact-checking, copy editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of printed literature and other online materials
• Have an awareness of SEO and PPC to achieve measurable results

• Minimum of 2 years experience of managing social media platforms with achieved growth and reporting analysis
• Instagram growth including strategic content release within the KBB industry, Interiors or similar
• Effective copy writing and content skills which is SEO friendly
• Basic knowledge but not essential of active campaign/Mailchimp OR similar email platforms such as Klaviyo
• Friendly, conscientious team player attitude with the ability to work independently
• Adobe suite photoshop / Premier Pro would be an advantage but not essential
