Job Description -
Social Media Manager
Designing monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital media strategies in line with the business objective.
Designing end-to-end social media campaigns and strategizing brand building activities
Monitor the company's social media accounts, plan content and offer constructive interaction with users
Create methods for finding and solving online customer reviews
Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly plans to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
Need to be well versed with paid campaign promotions on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Identifying opportunities for partnerships (influencers, brands, etc) & required content
Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all social media platforms
Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis the strategies implemented)
Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales (basis the strategies implemented)
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will help with achieving targets
