Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media INTERN to join our growing agency team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, plan engaging social media feeds, assist in content creation including shooting reels, and collaborate with influencers to amplify client campaigns. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients to understand their goals and ensure alignment with their brand.
Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to clients.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Content Planning & Execution:
Strategize and develop content calendars for client social media feeds across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist in the ideation, planning, and on-site execution of content shoots, including reels and videos.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Should Have Good Aesthetic sense
Should be good on Canva for and have a creative vision
Social Media Strategy & Optimization:
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content strategy.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Work with the creative team to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
Hands-on experience in content creation, including photography and video shoots.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Video editing proficiency is a plus.
Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
