Surinder Films has recently ventured into the business of online media by acquiring the OTT platform Addatimes. Role Description Surinder Films Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. The successful candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker who is able to develop and implement effective social media campaigns. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and . The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, as well as developing and executing strategies to increase customer engagement. Qualifications 4+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager preferably in B2C company Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, , Twitter and other social media best practices Excellent copywriting skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) Good understanding of social media KPIs Understanding of SMO, SEO and web traffic metrics Knowledge of online marketing channels Excellent communication skills Familiarity with web design is an added advantage. In addition to the above skills, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the latest trends in social media, as well as experience in customer service and analytics. The candidate should also have a passion for storytelling and be able to think outside the box
