Social Media Marketer (Content Creation & Strategy)
📍 Worcestershire | 💰 £26,000 - £28,000 DOE | 🏡 Hybrid (2-3 days office/home)
Wizard Pi is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer who knows how to create scroll-stopping content and drive engagement across platforms. If you live and breathe social media, have a strong grasp of content creation, and can back it all up with data-driven strategy—this role is for you.
About the role
You’ll be working across a range of brands, handling:
📱 Content creation for organic social—including reels, carousels, and graphics.
🎯 Social media strategy & campaign planning to drive engagement and growth.
📊 Analytics & reporting—measuring success and making data-led decisions.
📢 Community management—engaging with audiences and building brand presence.
📩 Paid social experience (desirable but not essential).
You’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to make sure every post, campaign, and interaction aligns with the bigger picture.
What we’re looking for
✔ Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
✔ Strong content creation skills, especially short-form video & reels.
✔ Ability to plan, schedule, and execute social strategies.
✔ A keen eye for trends and what works on different platforms.
✔ Must be able to drive and own a vehicle.
✔ Mac users only (PC users need not apply).
