Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features to maximize organic reach and engagement.
Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
Expertise in using various social media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.), their tools, and analytics.
Proficiency in video creation, editing, and an understanding of video marketing best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.
Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
Analytical skills to track and interpret social media metrics.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
