Experience: 7-+ years
Skills we look for:
• Digital agency experience of at least six years
• In-depth and operational knowledge of social media platforms (FB, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
• Proficient task manager, with an ability to manage multiple accounts + projects
• Process efficiency
• Minimum two years of experience training / managing at least 4-5 people, includes
• delegating & ensuring work efficiency within teams
• motivating team members to perform at peak productivity
• training the team towards growth
• Well read, well-spoken, immaculate English - both verbal and written
• In-depth understanding of content & brand
• Can write, proof-read, edit content (long-form and short-form)
• Minimum five years of client servicing experience
• Has conceptualised and executed mid to large scale digital campaigns in the past
• Sector agnostic
• Ability to visualise and conceptualise digital assets - creatives, videos, campaigns, et al.
• Intermediate understanding of paid media / running inorganic campaigns
• A little bit of madness is preferred :)
Preferred but not mandatory:
• Has worked on projects beyond social media, such as website development, creating e-commerce brand store, email marketing, etc
• Has overseen and executed digital films, product shoots, video production in the past
• Has worked on business development and been part of new business pitches
