You will also have access to a range of holistic benefits including:

Who we're looking for:
Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do.
Multiplex prioritises social procurement as it allows our business to be a vehicle for change. Through social procurement initiatives we look at diversifying our supply chain and providing opportunities in the construction industry with a priority for under-represented groups.
We are looking for a Social Procurement Coordinator who will help us embed social value across our projects in VIC and SA. This role sits within our Social Procurement and Inclusion function and works closely with internal teams, government partners, subcontractors, community organisations and industry bodies.
This is a highly collaborative role supporting the delivery of our social procurement and inclusive workforce commitments. You will work across a range of focus areas including First Nations engagement, diverse and local procurement, priority jobseeker pathways, women in construction, workforce diversity, and training and upskilling initiatives. You will also support tenders, audits, reporting and project-based implementation.
The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, along with solid data analysis and reporting capability. We want you to be able to build effective relationships and collaborate well across project and corporate teams. An understanding of social procurement and inclusion initiatives is preferred, as is experience in the construction industry.
Nb Candidates must be willing to travel, as this role supports our business and projects across Victoria and South Australia.
A note on diversity:
Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings. We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life. Veterans are encouraged to apply, we highly value defence experience and skills. Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups are less like to apply for roles if they don't meet every qualification. So even if you don't match all the criteria - if you are passionate about helping to construct a better future, we'd love to hear from you.
We are committed to providing a barrier-free work environment and can support with reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our Talent Acquisition team during your conversation with them.
