About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Heath Service team as a Social Worker, where you will be responsible for:
Development and delivery of quality psychosocial health service to support improved health outcomes for consumers through the provision of evidenced based interventions in line with the Model of Care
Accountable for adhering to all facets of the Model of Care such as procedures and work instructions
Continuous service improvement through research, evaluation and the development of policies, procedures and practice standards for the organisation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
work with consumers who are vulnerable and impacted by DFV.
critically analyse and respond to the changing needs of consumers and the organisation.
develop, deliver and evaluate training and group programs
contribute to ongoing quality improvement activities
