Software Development Engineer III (Full Stack)

As a software engineer at HighLevel, you will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications, creating robust APIs, and designing user-friendly interfaces. Attention to detail and writing well-documented code are crucial aspects of this role. You will collaborate daily with a team consisting of designers, product managers, developers, and testers. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable and resilient systems to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop new lead capture domain models.
- Construct backend and frontend API features and establish architectural designs.
- Improve performance through benchmarking and optimization techniques.
- Address a wide array of systems, processes, and technologies to solve problems comprehensively.
- Work closely with the leadership team, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to introduce new features and products.
- Maintain high engineering standards and ensure consistency across different codebases and systems.
- Engage in projects related to 1 to 2 products.
- Develop and enhance lead capture tools like funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and social media platforms.
- Architect and implement backend and frontend APIs and features.
• Core Skills
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and tools, including Javascript, TypeScript, Vue.js, NodeJS, and GraphQL.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, including remote collaboration.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to adapt to diverse roles, and navigate a startup environment.
- Enjoy being a generalist working on both frontend and backend tasks to solve problems and create exceptional user experiences.

• Additional Skills
- Familiarity with the Nuxt.js framework is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MongoDB profiling and query optimization.
- Experience working with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and TailwindCSS.
- Exposure to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
