The Software Engineer is a s elf-managed leader of features for a domain or set of components, who makes technical decisions based on end-to-end impact, data, and experience
This e xperienced developer demonstrates ownership of development and design for the systems they are working with
Work with team members on the Scrum team or development team on the technical requirements
Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed during development and participate in code reviews
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure applications meet performance standards
Production Support; work with Tier1 support to troubleshoot production issues and work on fixing and deploying identified change to production
A strong communicator, able to effectively synthesize key points of a topic and turn them into a persuasive conversation, presentation, or email

Our scope includes customer-facing self-service capabilities on DIRECTV.com, our IVR (interactive voice response), and applications for our field technicians and customer care phone agents.

• Work with team members on the Scrum team or development team on the technical requirements.

• Production Support; work with Tier1 support to troubleshoot production issues and work on fixing and deploying identified change to production.
