Position: Flutter Developer Experience: 3-5 Years • Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter. • Create custom Flutter packages leveraging native Android and iOS functionality. • Implement designs and wireframes into responsive UI code. • Evaluate and implement new feature architectures. • Identify and resolve system issues, and propose and develop new features. • Recommend efficient data structures. • Adhere to best practices, maintain code structure, and document code and projects. • Use CI/CD for deployment and manage code and projects on Git. • Ensure adherence to security guidelines in app development. • Collaborate with customer-facing representatives on software design and maintenance. • Conduct time profiling and memory leak assessments. • Write tests for the app. • Requirements: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech/MCA/MSc.IT with practical Flutter experience. 3 years of professional Flutter development experience. Solid understanding of 3rd party libraries, networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android. Familiarity with Material Design Guidelines. Strong drive for quality software and timely issue resolution. Effective communication and planning skills.
