About the role
We are seeking a Global Enablement Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of learning programs that enable our global team - with focus in India, SEA & USA - to excel in value-driven client engagements. This strategic role requires expertise in creating scalable training frameworks, leveraging methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS or technology companies, is fluent in English, and possesses a strong understanding of financial concepts to support value-based selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Training Leadership:
• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business goals to enhance sales performance and client engagement.
• Implement industry methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to improve qualification, pipeline accuracy, and messaging consistency.
• Lead and oversee the creation of training programs for new hires, account executives, and leadership roles.
• Enablement Framework Development:
• Design and maintain scalable learning frameworks and processes to ensure consistent skills development across regions and teams.
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Content Creation and Delivery:
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams to create sales playbooks, tools, and templates that align with the buyer’s journey and business priorities.
• Ensure training materials are adapted for regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales leadership to assess training needs, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with the product team to ensure sales teams understand product use cases, differentiation, and value propositions.
• Financial and SaaS Industry Expertise:
• Utilize financial knowledge to develop training content for value-based selling, particularly in FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
• Coaching and Mentorship:
• Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to sales teams, reinforcing skills learned during training sessions.
• Drive a growth-oriented mindset across the organization by fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• 5+ years in Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.
• Expertise in MEDDPICC methodology and Command of the Message (Desirable) framework.
• Background in financial services or knowledge of financial concepts is highly desirable.
• Languages:
• Fluency in English.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Advanced instructional design skills and understanding of learning principles.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with enablement tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting the impact of training programs.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field. MBA or certifications in sales methodologies are a plus.

Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Contact Center Automation team. We are building the new generation of our support platform providing a solution to automate processes to enhance our customers experience.
Our primary focus is on voice bot automation, connecting customer calls through different services to our conversational AI bot.
You will have to work on the main application (Node.js), building clean, scalable solutions to handle call flows, connecting with APIs and with the NLP engine (Google Dialogflow CX).
We are a multidisciplinary and multicultural team operating using an Agile/Scrum methodology.
Responsibilities
• Engage with the team members to discuss and implement service improvements and new developments
• Write code solutions following best practices
• Desig flows in Google Dialogflow CX based on design requirements
• Get involved in analysis and debugging activities
• Support the team integrating yourself with other developers of other areas across the team
• Own your deliverables from inception to operation and maintenance
• Being responsive and fluent to explain progress, problems, and solutions
This role requires
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer (any language), backend preferably
• Required experience with Node.js/TypeScript
• Clear focus on quality, building testable code (we use Jest) for unit tests is a must
• Clear knowledge of Object Oriented and Functional programming
• Focus on building clean, simple solutions following best practices
• Understanding API development practices
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Services is a plus
• Knowledge of NLP Automation services with bots is a plus
• Experience of Google Dialogflow is a plus, although other NLP experience is acceptable too
• Fluent spoken and written English required
