JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer (Solar). The Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, managing electrical engineering tasks, and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure efficient solar project performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Solar Site Engineer/O&M Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in the maintenance of utility-scale solar projects with a strong understanding of solar plant operation and maintenance.
• Must have knowledge about the maintenance of Transformers, HT panels and LT panels
• Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, provide solutions, and monitor project performance.
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in the Solar Industry is a must.
