A leading Milton Keynes practice is looking to recruit a junior associate into their banking team. The role will involve working closely with the partners in the team and should provide a good opportunity to learn.
The role will involve a range of banking work including advising both lenders (including banks, funds, alternative lenders and private capital) and borrowers. The work will allow you to practice on all aspects of banking and finance transactions including general corporate banking and acquisition, leveraged and real-estate finance.
The firm is also looking for someone interested in marketing and practice development and someone who has an appetite to help grow and develop the client base.
