Judge & Priestley are now recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Bromley Office.
We are a leading regional law firm, serving a wide range of commercial and private clients across SE London and the surrounding counties, from our Head Office in Bromley and additional offices in Beckenham, Blackheath and Sidcup. We are seeking a robust property litigator to join our fantastic team of solicitors and paralegals. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with excellent communication and client care skills. We want someone with a strong attention to detail and someone who has the ability to help grow and develop a small team and demonstrates aptitude for business development.
Key Responsibilities
• To provide clients with accurate, appropriate and up-to-date legal advice
• To establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients
• To undertake all related administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures, including
• Responding promptly to all enquiries from new and existing clients, fully completing client opening details on the relevant system
• Ensuring that clients receive required information in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all files contain the appropriate documentation relevant to the case
• Ensuring that all client data held on the case management system is accurate and up to date
• Closing matters in an efficient and timely manner, including following up all cases with client satisfaction questionnaires
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• To be qualified and eligible to practice as a solicitor in England
Knowledge
• To have expert, up to date knowledge of property litigation processes, procedures and legislation
• Awareness of marketplace and current developments, opportunities and threats
• Network of Property professionals

After one years' service, you will be entitled to a contribution towards legal fees. The rules to this can be found in the staff handbook.
