HopgoodGanim Lawyers is seeking a committed practitioner at Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate level to join our Planning and Environment team.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with both public and private sector clients across a diverse range of matters, including:
Planning law and development approval processes, including litigation and dispute resolution;
Land Court proceedings involving property resumptions;
Environmental approvals, compliance and enforcement issues including prosecutions; and
Due diligence investigations on large property transactions and public floats.

About you
You’re a motivated and thoughtful practitioner who’s ready to take the next step in your Planning and Environment career – and you’re looking for the right team to grow with.
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Experienced in Planning and Environment Law (2 to 5+ years PAE, depending on role level)
Curious, collaborative and eager to deepen your expertise
Comfortable balancing technical detail with ‘big picture’ thinking
Able to communicate with clarity and authenticity, no matter the audience – councils, developers or government agencies
Looking for a long-term role where your contribution is valued, and you enjoy coming to work
